It’s so surprising that some people can just crush other people’s soul by their words and actions and then can move on so quickly as if nothing has happened. They talk to others, tell about their day and make quick jokes to laugh together. While the other person is crumbled and buried in a deep rabbit hole.

Hear, hear. I mean I’ve experienced such situations, either in a family situation or a work place. It is so demoralizing. I sympathize deeply and wish everything will turn better somehow.
