I Often Wonder..

I often wonder what made the God think,
To create the whole universe with all these celestial things,
Did it give Him the pleasure of making wonders?
Does that include the sound of thunders?
I often wonder what made the God think,
To create all these beautiful living things,
And then make a food chain,
To hunt and kill again and again.
I often wonder what made the God think,
To create us, the human beings,
In different sizes, shapes and colors,
Is that to love or to judge one another?

I often wonder, does the God ever wonders,
Whether it was right decision to make the man wander,
To make him leave His Eden garden,
Allowing the man to take decision on everything including the forbidden.
I often wonder, what would have happened,
If the God had never thought of,
Creating any sort of,
Living or non- living things?
Would that have given Him more rest and peace?

  1. Wow, what a wonderful poem. I haven’t wondered about so many things, but I did wonder why God created lions, who bully their preys just so that they can have dinners. Without lions, many animals will live a much better life.

  2. Now that’s a dilemma! Earth would have been better without all the killing for food chain, but it has such beautiful nature, that it can’t afford to miss! Loved your poem😀
